Healthy Recipe: Easy Shrimp Pasta Salad

Ingredients

· 1 Pound of Peeled and Deveined Shrimp


· 16 Ounces Pasta (Any Shape)

· 1 Cucumber (Diced in bite sized pieces)

· 8 Ounces Cherry Tomatoes (Sliced in Half)

· ¼ Cup Red Onion (diced very fine pieces)

· 16 Ounce Tuscan House Italian Dressing

· 1 Tablespoon of Garlic Paste

· Old Bay Seasoning to Taste

· Salad Supreme Seasoning to Taste

· Black Pepper to Taste

· Olive oil

· Optional add Ins: Cheese Chunks, Olives, Parmesan Cheese, Salami, Pepperoncini.

Instructions

1. In a bowl, season shrimp with old bay and garlic paste and set aside.

2. In a medium sized saucepan cook pasta according to directions, rinse and set aside in a large mixing bowl.

3. In a skillet add 2 Tablespoons of olive oil allow to get heat up for 1-2 minutes then add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes until done (translucent pink in color) then remove and place in mixing bowl with pasta.

4. Add cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, and red onion to bowl with pasta and shrimp.

5. Add the Tuscan House Salad Dressing and toss all ingredients together.

6. Season the pasta salad to your taste with black pepper, old bay, and salad supreme seasoning.

7. Taste pasta salad to verify taste profile and cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours and enjoy!!
